As part of our work, Action Asia works together with other organisations in the region to build links and cooperation, working towards peace and stability.

The links below will take to visit some of our regional partners and provide more information on the peacebuilding efforts taking place across Asia and in individual communities.

 

 
Responsing to Conflict (RTC)
Since 1991 RTC has been providing advice, cross-cultural training and longer-term support to people who are working for peace, development, rights and humanitarian assistance in societies which are affected or threatened by violent conflict.
 
The Action Global Network
Action Asia is part of the global network connecting peace practitioners around the world. This site contains important information on upcoming events and news.
 
Global ACTS
This site contains further information and application packs on the Applied Conflict Transformation Studied course, partnered by Action Asia.
 
Pannastatra University
Pannasastra is a host partner for the ACTS course. Their website contains information on the university and facilities.
 
The Alliance for Conflict Transformation
Working in Cambodia, ACT is an important supporting partner of Action Asia. This site contains further information on the Applied Conflict Transformation Studies course as their programs in conflict transformation and peacebuilding.
 
Balay Mindanao
The Balay Mindanao Group is a network organisation of projects in the Mindanao region, Phillipines. The group's work includes advocacy with legal professionals and resource centres that further the cause of peace.
 
Friends For Peace - Nepal
FFP aims to facilitate research into peace and conflict transformation working with international and local specialists on specific concerns in Nepal.
 
Foundation for Tolerance International
FTI grew out of the UNHCR's Conflict Transformation and Tolerance Education Program. Today, it coordinates community based activities and civil forums that promote peace, tolerance and conflict prevention strategies.
 
South East Asian Conflict Studies Network
SEACSN is a network of individual and institutions dedicated to peace and conflict resolution research and practice.

A peace and development network for conflict transformation through peaceful means and a wide range of programs.
 
1000 Peace Women
Promotes the active contribution women from all walks of life make to the pursuit of peace worldwide. Aims to have the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to women peacebuilders collectively.
 
Peace Direct
